We want you to feel good about your purchase. If a product does not work as described, email us within 30 days at hello@secondbrainfolder.co and we will fix it or issue a full refund — no hoops.
How to request a refund
Email hello@secondbrainfolder.co with the address you used at checkout and a sentence about what went wrong. We usually reply within a couple of business days.

Because our products are instant digital downloads, we ask for a brief note on the issue so we can improve — but the guarantee stands either way.
